Our Complaint Handling and Dispute Settlement Measures

As complaint handling measures and dispute settlement measures stipulated in the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, we take the following measures by registered business type:

1. Investment management business and investment advisory and agency businesses

As a complaint settlement agency, Japan Securities Investment Advisers Association (JSIAA) processes complaints and resolves disputes in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act.

2. Type II financial instruments business

As a complaint settlement agency, the Financial Instruments Mediation Assistance Center (FINMAC) processes complaints and resolves disputes in accordance with the provisions of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act.

 

FINMAC is commissioned by the JSIAA for complaint processing and agency dispute services relating to the financial instruments business of JSIAA members. The point of contact for the above associations is indicated below:
