The Property Management Division of leading integrated property services provider Savills Asia Pacific today announced the introduction of a new HK$20 million fully-integrated property and customer relationship management system specifically developed to meet the needs of the Greater China market.
The custom-tailored CRM system, which has taken over two years to develop, offers a seamlessly integrated and fully-flexible online property management and reporting system that meets all international standards for accounting, fund management reporting and benchmarking, together with comprehensive property and lease management services.
“The system represents the first such fully-integrated independent property management industry tool, said Kendrew Leung, Managing Director, Savills Property Management Ltd. “It is a total property services reporting system which will have major implications for the growth of the property services industry in China by also satisfying the financial reporting requirements of major financial institutions, fund managers, and of the developing REIT market.”
The real-time, total-solution, online management tool integrates system modules that cover all aspects of real estate management from building and facilities management, service and procurement, contractor management and estate resource management; married to landlord and tenant customer relationship, lease and rental management, together with full financial and auditing reporting systems.
The system offers financial reporting to a specific unit level, and has comprehensive procurement features providing real-time analysis including vendor activity; economy saving through features such as pool purchasing of materials for multiple properties; and up-to-the-minute landlord and tenant lease and rental updates.
The system is flexible with the ability to be customized to meet specific client demands and the current English language version is expected to be available in a multi-lingual English, traditional and simplified Chinese version later this year.
“In its trial period over the last seven months the service has delivered efficiency savings of almost 40 per cent on existing management systems,” Kendrew Leung said. “It is a customizable regional solution specifically developed to meet the needs of Hong Kong and the Mainland market.”
The system is now being fully being introduced to Hong Kong, and will be implemented in projects in Shanghai later this month and in Beijing by the second quarter of 2006.
A phase-two system is currently being developed which will provide full Web-portal access for customers and tenants over the next 6 months.
