What do we do?
To make informed decisions, you need accurate and timely financial information. We manage and control the monetary aspects and design and handle different arrangements to suit each client’s need. Some of the common SPV’s we manage include direct foreign ownership, TMK and GK-TK structures where our aim is to maximize return for our clients. In order to meet loan covenants, we closely monitor DSCR or LTV. We review and provide suggestion to clients regarding loan documents on initial financing and refinancing situations.
How do we work?
We dedicate a professional in-house Financial Manager to each client’s portfolio. A comprehensive risk assessment is conducted and credit control is closely monitored by the Asset Manager. From preparation of monthly financial statements to the annual audit of the SPV’s, we work closely with accounting firms to ensure all our clients reporting requirements are managed. We also liaise directly with tax advisors so that corporate consumption and depreciable asset tax returns are lodged in a timely manner.
