Our regional team is highly experienced in handling transactions of vacant land and properties from different sectors that have been earmarked for redevelopment. We provide full development analysis of our clients’ proposed schemes, ranging from thorough market briefing and analysis of competing schemes, both existing and planned, to advice on building costs and construction / sales scheduling.

How do we work?

Transacting different types of properties requires different sets of techniques. For development property acquisitions we take a systematic approach, from planning an investment strategy to advising on development plans. For disposals, we do technical studies of the specific property, then with sound advice from our research and valuation teams, recommend the most effective marketing process and target market utilising our unique client network database to maximise the project’s chance of success.
