General Valuation
The valuation and appraisal services department provides market-leading real estate appraisal and valuation advice in English and Japanese to clients across Japan and beyond. Our highly experienced team of appraisers prides itself on its ability to deliver detailed reports on both single assets and portfolios of property, often within tight timescales. In collaboration with other Savills service lines, the department also offers consultancy services such as bespoke case studies and market research, feasibility analysis and development advisory.
What do we do?
Our team performs property valuations for various purposes such as real estate securitization (for REITs, CMBS issuance, etc.), portfolio valuation, sales and purchases (documents for internal company decision-making, transactions with affiliated companies, etc.), leasing (decision-making documents for setting of new or renewal rents) and accounting. The team also advises on the development potential of properties and carries out feasibility studies.
