The valuation and appraisal services department provides market-leading real estate appraisal and valuation advice in English and Japanese to clients across Japan and beyond. Our highly experienced team of appraisers prides itself on its ability to deliver detailed reports on both single assets and portfolios of property, often within tight timescales. In collaboration with other Savills service lines, the department also offers consultancy services such as bespoke case studies and market research, feasibility analysis and development advisory.
What do we do?
We actively serve the banking sector for collateral valuations of office, residential, commercial and industrial premises, primarily for bank financing purposes. We also value distressed properties and advise mortgagees-in-possession on the appropriate prices and methods of sale. Additionally, we have a very strong track record in commercial valuations for syndication loan and property securitizations.
