Group Structure

In every market, sector and service area we operate in, our people are committed to providing our clients with the best possible advice and a level of service that makes a real difference

Savills Japan Co., Ltd. was established in August 2004 with the purchase of the third-party property and asset management business of GMAC Commercial Mortgage Japan, part of the General Motors Group.

Since this time, Savills presence in Japan has grown rapidly: Tenant Representation, Investment Advisory and Valuation teams were established in July 2005, followed by Office Leasing and Research & Consultancy teams in May 2006.

The most recent division established was Corporate Finance in April 2009, highlighting the depth and diversity of the Savills business model in Japan and across the Asia Pacific region as a whole. The growth of Savills in Japan has been overseen by Mr. Christian F. Mancini, who was appointed country CEO in April 2007.
