Occupier Services

Workplace highly valued by C-Suite, but many lack ability to accurately measure its worth

"A worldwide survey of corporate occupiers by Savills, carried out with global real estate association CoreNet Global, has found that while almost two-thirds (64%) of executive teams primarily view the workplace as either a driver of culture and collaboration or a source of competitive advantage, only 36% are confident in their ability to measure if it is delivering on those goals."

Savills Deep Tech Index: San Francisco, New York and the UK's Golden Triangle benefit most from the AI boom

"The cities leading the way in AI – and other advanced, research-intensive innovations such as quantum computing, nanotechnology and biotech – are enjoying a significant economic boost. Our Savills Deep Tech Index analyses the top 15 cities where real estate markets are already benefiting from this growth. Savills research shows that the economies of these Deep Tech cities have grown 0.9 percentage points a year faster than the countries they are located in over the past decade. Savills expects this trend to continue."
