A highly experienced real estate capital markets adviser, Shun brings more than a decade of experience across both principal investing and advisory roles throughout Asia Pacific. In addition to his market-leading data centre expertise, Shun has advised extensively on logistics assets, portfolio transactions, sale & leasebacks and broader capital advisory assignments. Since 2024, he has worked on over US$4 billion of transactions, including approximately US$1.8 billion of data centre deals. 

Prior to Savills, Shun served as Head of Data Centre Capital Markets Asia Pacific at CBRE, where he led numerous large-scale and complex transactions. Before CBRE, Shun held investment and fund management roles at KKR, CLSA and GLP, gaining extensive experience across real estate and private equity investments.
