What do we do?

The Savills team advises its clients on creating an overall strategy for its real estate portfolio, analysing and evaluating the portfolio in order to both maximise returns while reducing its risk profile.

How do we work?

Savills takes the view that investors should not just evaluate real estate acquisitions on their individual merits, but rather as part of an overall portfolio strategy. We assist clients in setting risk and return objectives for the portfolio as a whole that are compatible with its goals. We then devise a strategy to achieve these objectives and evaluate the extent to which individual transactions conform to the strategy and are likely to further portfolio objectives.
